Ben Zavadil
10 years in product, 7 of them across every facet of equity compensation. At Charles Schwab, Ben worked in stock plan product management — building and maintaining equity compensation systems for some of the largest equity plans in the market, handling millions of participant transactions across ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and ESPPs. He has worked on the admin side, the B2B platform side, and the participant-facing side, which is why CapLock's tools are designed around how equity work actually flows, not how it looks on a spec sheet.

Will Farmerie
Building financial technology since 2008. Will's background spans early mobile platforms, private equity infrastructure, and regulated financial systems — including building a broker-dealer investment platform for Reg A offerings and leading one of the first Stripe integrations for a financial payment plan. His experience with PCI compliance, payment infrastructure, and data pipeline architecture is what sits under CapLock's recordkeeping and validation systems.
